This place is amazing! The tacos come single serve so you can easily get small portions and you have the opportunity to try a variety of different tacos. The chips do not come free which is something that has always bothered me at Mexican restaurants. However, the chips are worth buying. They come served in a paper bag and are made hot and fresh. The bag keeps the chips hot during your entire meal and make it easy to take home if you have leftovers. The chips come with the choice 3 salsas, the guacamole costs extra. For salsa, I would recommend the roasted salsa verde and the habanero if you like a little spice. The fresh red snapper and shrimp ceviche is delicious and very light, it is hard to find good ceviche in Colorado but T|aco definitely got it right. Make sure to order the chips if you do get the ceviche, because it doesn't come with any.
The tacos I recommend are the skirt steak taco and the chicken mole taco. The two fish tacos, the red snapper and the ahi are also both tasty but I would recommend the chicken and steak tacos first. The tacos range from $3.50-$4.50 which is a little pricy considering the small size. Overall I think T|aco is definitely worth the visit!
